We want you to love Vivit.health. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@vivit.health from the address you used at checkout with your order details and we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Outside the 30-day window
After 30 days, refunds are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer law (including any statutory withdrawal rights you may have).
